Terms of Service

These terms explain how salons, spas, clinics, and other service businesses may use Jongi during the MVP beta. They are intentionally simple and may be updated as the product, pricing, and support model mature.

Last updated: June 9, 2026

1. Beta product

Jongi is provided as an MVP beta for booking, client management, team scheduling, finance tracking, reminders, and related operational workflows.

The beta may change quickly. Features can be added, changed, limited, or removed as we learn from real usage.

2. Account and workspace access

The salon owner or approved administrator is responsible for inviting team members, assigning roles, and keeping access limited to people who should see the workspace.

You are responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, schedules, staff details, public booking settings, and customer information entered into Jongi.

3. Customer bookings and communications

Public booking links, confirmation links, cancellation links, rescheduling links, email reminders, and LINE-related workflows are provided to help coordinate appointments.

You should verify important bookings directly with customers when business impact is high, especially during beta.

4. Payments and finance records

Jongi records operational payment information, refunds, void corrections, expenses, and finance summaries. Jongi is not a bank, payment processor, tax advisor, or accounting firm.

You remain responsible for legal, tax, accounting, payroll, and regulatory decisions for your business.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Jongi to store illegal content, spam customers, bypass consent rules, attack systems, or access another organization workspace.

Do not share public booking tokens, staff access, or administrator access in a way that creates a security risk.

6. Availability and support

During beta, Jongi is provided with practical support but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

If a booking, notification, or integration fails, we will investigate and help restore the workflow, but the salon remains responsible for its day-to-day customer operations.

7. Ending beta use

Either side may stop beta participation. We can help export or remove operational data where technically and legally possible.

If you want to remove your workspace or customer records, contact support using the address on this site.
